Dunlop Flexible FC Joint Sealant 300ml

Dunlop FC Joint Sealant is a premium, ultra-flexible, moisture-curing polyurethane sealant for jointing fibre cement, blueboard and compressed fibre cement sheets. Its non-slump formula seals joints up to 40mm wide with a generous movement capability of ±25%, making it ideal for surfaces that expand and contract. Easy to gun and tool, it's both solvent and isocyanate free, and once dry it can be overcoated with paint or a texture coat such as Dunlop Render Texture Coat. Beyond fibre cement, it also bonds to precast concrete panels, block work and bricks, sandstone and granite, fibreglass and plasterboard.

Good to know
Colour is grey. Tack free in approximately 1 hour, skins in about 35 minutes, and cures at 2.5mm per 24 hours (based on 23°C and 50% relative humidity). Apply with substrate and air temperatures between 10°C and 35°C. An adhesion and coating test in an inconspicuous area is recommended before full application.
