H3 LVL Framing LIFECORE H3V is Meyer Timber's veneer core H3 treated framing solution engineered as a direct, fit-for-purpose substitute for Treated Pine MGP10. Designed for above-ground applications. If you're used to MGP10 treated pine, Lifecore H3V slots straight in. Same structural performance, same above-ground applications — but with full-depth H3 treatment through every veneer layer, not just the surface. You get consistent protection across the whole piece, every time.

On site, it's a cleaner product to work with. DAR smooth faces, arrised edges, and edge branding that stays off the face mean less mess and a better finish without extra effort. It comes straight and stable out of the pack — less bow, less twist, less time spent sorting through a bundle looking for a decent piece. And because there's no chemical smell and no solvent residues, it's easier to handle from the moment it arrives.

Lengths go up to 7.2m, so you can span further with fewer joins and get frames up faster. It's stocked in five sizes — 90×45 through to 290×45 — so whether you're doing wall frames, floor joists, or rafters, there's a size that fits the job.

The H3 treatment is supplied by Koppers, meets AS/NZS 1604.1, and is fully code-compliant.
