The Hardie Gravis Patch is a polymer-modified cementitious patching compound formulated for repairing surface defects, voids, chips and minor damage in Hardie Gravis Panel cladding installations. When applied and finished correctly, it achieves a smooth, uniform surface that accepts paint and texture coatings to match the surrounding panel finish. Supplied in a 10kg pail.

Application

Clean the repair area thoroughly, removing all dust, loose material and contaminants. Apply Hardie Gravis Patch with a flexible steel trowel or spatula, building up in thin layers for deeper voids. Allow each layer to cure before applying the next. Sand smooth once fully cured. Prime and paint to match surrounding cladding. For large-scale mortar work, refer to Hardie Gravis Mortar .
